Our community consists of different type of people and different people think differently. And guess what....the beauty of it is none of them think identically. According to Robert T. Kiyosaki, the international best seller author of "Rich Dad and Poor Dad", our community can simply classify into four categories, E, S, B and I. E stands for employee, S stands for self-employed, B stands for businessman and I stands for investors.

He further explains, 95% of the people come from the E (employee) and S (self-employed) quadrant. Only 5% of them are Businessman and Investor. The distribution is fairly imbalance. But sad to say 5% of the wealth is shared by 95% of the poor and the balance 95% of wealth is owned by 5% of the rich.

According to the economist, the wealth discrepancy between the poor and the rich is getting bigger and bigger. Like it or not it's going to be an unstoppable trend. You maybe wondering why and what makes the difference. Simple enough to tell you, the difference is they have a very different mindset.

Four quadrants but only one choice, Remember it's choice not chance that determine your destiny. To become rich you have to change your quadrant. Changing quadrant is not like changing jobs. You can keep on changing jobs, but you end up in the emplyee quadrant. The changing of quadrant is instead changing of your inner value, hence change your mindset and behavior. You need to nurture the entrepreneur life in order to enter into the realm of business. The reason why many employees fail their business is they the lack of entrepreneurship life and spirit.
